What does the $125 per user cover?

The full managed stack above — proactive monitoring and maintenance, unlimited remote help desk, managed cyber security (EDR + 24/7 SOC + identity protection), cloud and email management, backups, patching, IT strategy and Essential Eight alignment — for one flat monthly fee per user.

Is there a minimum?

Yes — a 4-user minimum, so plans start from $500 per month. Above that it's simply $125 per user, per month.

What isn't included?

Hardware and software licences, one-off projects and migrations, and major after-hours emergency work are quoted separately, always up front. Everything in day-to-day managed IT and security is covered by the per-user fee.

Can we add or remove users as we grow?

Yes. Pricing is per user, so it scales up and down with your team — you only pay for the people you have.
