Remote first

Because it’s faster

Sydney questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Are you actually in Sydney, or is this remote only?

We attend site in Sydney. Our head office is in Brisbane, and we’re straightforward about that — but onsite attendance in Sydney is genuinely available, unlike Hobart and Darwin where we say plainly that we work remotely.

Can you support a business with staff in both Sydney and Brisbane?

Yes, and it’s common. One agreement, one help desk, and onsite attendance in both cities. Multi-site businesses are often where a single accountable provider matters most.

Do NSW businesses have different compliance obligations?

The Essential Eight assessment we provide is a federal framework and applies the same way. Where NSW-specific obligations exist in your industry we’ll work to them, but we won’t invent a compliance requirement to sell you something.
