Managed IT from Secure Nerds costs from $1,000 per month excluding GST for businesses up to five users. That single price covers platform licensing, the website and domain, DMARC, a 24/7 security operations centre, managed EDR and ITDR through Huntress, basic SEO and a business-hours help desk. No setup fee and no lock-in contract.
We don’t quote per device and then invoice separately for the website, the domain, the backups and the security tooling. There is one number, and this page shows you exactly what sits inside it.

Onsite visits are charged separately and are not included in either column. Outside the package
Three things sit outside the monthly fee. Naming them here is deliberate — a headline price that quietly excludes site visits is the thing we are trying not to do.
Available across the six capitals and South East Queensland, at a discounted rate for package clients. Most issues are resolved remotely first, so visits are the exception rather than a weekly cost — we quote the rate with your proposal.
The package covers five users. Each user after that adds $100 a month and nothing gets unbundled to reach it — we price on headcount rather than stacking a separate fee onto every device. Teams above fifty are quoted individually.
Basic SEO is included. Content, digital PR and link acquisition are a separate engagement, quoted on scope rather than bundled into a headline rate.
Pricing questions
It covers everything listed in the package above — platform licensing, the website and domain, DMARC, managed EDR and ITDR with a 24/7 SOC, basic SEO and business-hours remote support for up to five users. Onsite visits are charged separately, and project work and hardware are quoted and approved before they start.
Because a cheaper tier would mean removing the security tooling, and that is the part small businesses most often go without and most often regret. We would rather quote one honest number than advertise a low rate that isn’t a working setup.
No. There is no lock-in term and no setup fee. Licences and domains are registered to your business, so if you leave you take everything with you.
Then we take over the tenancy rather than re-buy it, and the quote reflects that. The comparison table above assumes you are starting from nothing, which is rarely exactly true.
