Secure Nerds manages Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace for Australian small business: tenancy setup, licensing, mailboxes, file structure, multi-factor authentication, separate backup and migration between the two platforms. Both platforms are included in the managed package from $1,000 per month for up to five users.
Both platforms are easy to buy and easy to leave in a mess. Shared mailboxes nobody owns, files in three places, licences still billing for staff who left last year. We take over the tenancy and tidy it up.

It usually comes down to what your industry software expects and what your team already knows. We’ll give you a straight recommendation, and the package covers either — we have no incentive to push one.
Not in the way people assume. Microsoft replicates your data for their own resilience, but retention of a deleted or maliciously encrypted mailbox is limited. Separate backup is included in the package for exactly this reason.
Yes, and we usually prefer to. They stay registered to your business. If you leave, they leave with you.
